
Ingredients for Fried Rice
- 1 chopped garlic
- ยฝ tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp oil
- 2-3 medium sized onion
- 2 green chili
- 1 black pepper
- 2 small sized potatoes
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Additional veggie (if required)

How to make fried rice:
- Heat a pan on the highest flame and fry chopped garlic firmly.
- Once itโs golden brown add cumin seed and fry it for 30 seconds for a wonderful flavor.
- Next put onion, green chili, black pepper and capsicum and toast it for a minute.

- Now add potatoes and tomato, you can add other veggie as well like pears, cabbage, carrots, mushroom and again fry it for a minute.
- Add vinegar or lemon juice and salt as per your taste.

- Add half cup of water to cook potatoes properly and cover pan with a lid for 2-3 minute.

- Now add your leftover rice and toss it well again cover it with a lid for 2 min so that rice can absorb the flavor of spices.
- Garnish fried rice with spring onion or coriander leaves.

Best ways to Server fried rice:
- Fried rice can be served with plain curd or raiyta.
- Fried rice can be served with namkeen bhujia, tomato catch-up and few drops of lemon juice.
- You can enjoy fried rice as it is as well.
Adjust the amount of spices to suit your taste.
