Crispy Jalebi Recipe | Meethi Bundi Recipe | Sweet dish Combo

Ingredients:

  • 3.5 cup maida
  • 3 cup Sugar
  • 3 tbps desi ghee
  • 1/4 tbsp elaychi powder
  • 1 packet ENO
  • 1/4 of Haldi/food color/kesar
  • Oil to fry

Chashni:

  1. Ek pan me 2 cup pani & 3 cup sugar dal kar medium anch par ache se mix kare.
  2. Chashni me koi bhi food colour, haldi ya Kesar dale. Chashni ke colour ke according hi jalebi ka colour ata hai.
  3. Chashni ko ache se ubale aur tab tak pakaye jab tak sugar ache se pani me ghul na jaye.

Jalebi:

  1. Ek bowl me 3.5 cup maida, 3 tbsp desi ghee, 1 packet ENO dal kar ache se mix kare.
  2. Ab esme thoda thoda krke pani dalein aur ache se milate huye sare lumps ko kahatm karde.
  3. Mixture ek dum smooth hona chahiye. Ye na to bhut jyada hard acha hoga ya nhi bhut jyada patla. Mixture ki consistency ko medium rakhein.
  4. Ek kadhahi jo niche se flat ho, usme oil garam kare.
  5. Utla time koi bhi plastic paper ya poly-bag le kar uski side me bareek hole kate.
  6. Ab ready mixture ko thoda thoda krke bari bari se piping bag me bhare. (You would be needing more than one piping bag)
  7. Oil jab ache se garam ho jaye to tej anch par hi piping bag se jalebi ka design bnaye.
  8. Jalebi ko chimta ki help se dono tarah se ache se fry kare.
  9. Gold brown hone par fried jalebi ko sidha chashni me dalein aur 2 min tak daba ke rakhe. Chashni bhi ache se garam honi chahiye ni to jalebi me ache se mithas ni ayegi.
  10. Jalebi ko chashni se nikal kar plate me rakhein aur garma garm serve karein

Meethi Bundi:

  1. Jalebi ke hi batter se meethi bundi/ bdana bhi bnaya ja skta hai.
  2. Bundi bnane ke liye ek channi le jisme chote chote bhut sare holes ho.
  3. Ab Channi me 1/4 cup maida ka mixture dal kar upr se ache se failaye.
  4. Chote chote bundi ke dale frying pan me girne start ho jayenge.
  5. Oil ke cheenton se bachne ke liye dhyan rakhein ki channi jyada uchi na ho aur gas kam anch pe ho.
  6. Bundi ache se failane ke bad gas tej kar lein aur bundi ko light brown hone tak fry karein.
  7. Fried bundi ko chashni me dalein.
  8. 2 minutes baad bundi ko chashni se nikal kar serve karein.
