Homemade Bread Rasmalai

Ingredients:

  • 1 Ltr Milk
  • 5/6 slice of white bread
  • 2 tsb saffron milk (Kesar Milk) or 1/4 tbs haldi powder
  • 1/2 cardamom/elaychi powder
  • Handful chopped dry fruit
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2/3 grounded cardamom/elaychi

How to make Rasmalai:

  • Ek pan mai dudh leke usme ubaal aane de aur dheere dheere bich mai chammach se chalate rehe.
  • Dudh to tab tak ubale jab tak vo ache se pak na jaye aur aadha na reh jaye. dudh ko dheemi aanch par chod kar bhi pakaya ja sakta hai.
  • Abb dhudh mai elaiyachi powder, kesar milk ya haldi powder, halki pesi hui elayachi aur dry fruits dalein.
  • Jab dudh adha reh jaye to usme cheeni daal ke 5 minute tak pakaye.
  • Isse thanda hone ke liye normal temperature per 2 ghante k liye rakhe.(garmiyon ke mausam mai isse fridge mai bhi rakha ja sakta hai).
  • Bread slices ko cookie cutter ya steel ke glass se gol shape mai katte.
  • Serve karte time bread slices ko rabri mai ache se dip kare aur plate mai rakhe.
  • Upar se 3-4 tsp rabri dale aur us ko dry fruits ke sath garnish kare.
