Easiest way to make delicious, soft & healthy Gud ki Roti.. It’s the most favourite recipe of all indians.. You can enjoy this soft Mithi roti as it is, or you can have it with curd, butter, mango pickle or dry potato veggies. I personally enjoy eating it with home made white butter along with mango pickle and the taste is absolutely Yumm.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Atta / weat flour
  • 1 Cup Gur / Jaggery
  • 3/4 water (add more water if needed)
  • 3 tbsp oil
