You can enjoy this soft Mithi roti as it is, or you can have it with curd, butter, mango pickle or dry potato veggies. I personally enjoy eating it with home made white butter along with mango pickle and the taste is absolutely Yumm.
Ingredients
- 2 Cup Atta / weat flour
- 1 Cup Gur / Jaggery
- 3/4 water (add more water if needed)
- 3 tbsp oil
